Om Sai Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha has established in 2009. The institute is committed to the cause of dynamic hub for integrated technical education catering to the changing needs of human resources while achieving highest level of teaching- learning skills, quality and contributing to the technological excellence.

The institute is located at Laxminagar, Mundhegaon which is 20 km from Igatpuri railway station and 5 km from NH-3 and is surrounded by greenery of perennial agricultural farms. The institute is having self finance status, approved by AICTE and affiliated to Maharashtra state board of technical education (MSBTE).
